Avia Training Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Air Force Lady Officer with a background in aircraft (Pilot or Engineer) for the role of Marketing Head.

About Us:  

We are an Ahmedabad-based aviation company focused on ultralight rotary wing aircraft. The company is promoted and managed by Indian Air Force veterans with proven track records.

Eligibility Criteria:  

- Female Veteran from the Indian Air Force  

- Rank: Squadron Leader or above  

- Age: 50 years or below  

- At least two tenures with aircraft squadrons or BRDs  

- Willing to relocate to Ahmedabad  

- Ready to travel across India and abroad  

Job Responsibilities:  

- Lead the company’s marketing operations  

- Represent the brand in national and international forums  

- Manage strategic partnerships and B2G/B2B relationships  

- Coordinate marketing campaigns and defense outreach initiatives  

Work Location: Ahmedabad
